Rental conditions

  1. The accommodation is for rent per day, per week or per month. Deviant periods are to be discussed in arrangement with the letter.
  2. You are obliged to pay 25% in advance, a booking confirmation will be send to you afterwards. Confirmation has to be signed and sent back. The occupant has to pay the remaining sum (75%) prior six weeks in advance of arrival.
  3. After the full amount has been paid the occupant will receive the remaining papers with extensive information about Bali, Pemuteran, address, personnel, restaurants, transport etc.
  4. If the occupant cancels the holiday, the letter will retain 25% of the down payment. If the occupant has settled the whole amount, 75% of the rent will be refunded. Cancellations six weeks or less in advance of arrival: No refund.
  5. Full prepayment will be processed six weeks in advance of arrival. If the occupant isn’t able to settle the bill, the booking will expire and the afore mentioned conditions under 4 are effectuated, equal to cancellation.
  6. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury, personal or otherwise, whilst staying at the villa.
  7. During the rental period occupant is fully responsible for any and all damages caused by you or others in your company at, in or around the villa. Damages should be reported immediately to the letter.
  8. Letter is entitled to remove occupant from his property in case of damaging/ abusing belongings or complaints of people living in the neighbourhood.
  9. Letter strongly recommends that you either take out a good travel and cancellation insurance or take full responsibility of a possible cancellation yourself. During the rental period the occupant should have a valid third-party insurance.
