All essentials in the luxurious kitchen are there: a gas stove with six gas burners, several kitchen appliances, a large refrigerator with freezer compartments and a separate water cooler with cold drinking water. The latter also functions as a hot water supply for instance for tea. Cold and hot running water is available as well. Just as cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and dishcloths.

Preparing snacks on the barbecue in the garden is another possibility. Just a matter of slow cooking fresh prawns, tuna or chicken bought that morning at the marketplace. The staff and you will do the purchases. In which case you have to get up at five in the morning! Rather not do the cooking yourself? Even not inclined to going to the restaurant in tenue de ville? Just ask cook Iluh to prepare –at a charge- some Balinese delicacies. She will be there on a daily basis and cook something from the menu only too gladly.
